Magazine Power Partner, and celebrated as a ‘Most Innovative Company’ by ABF Journal, all thanks to our diverse and dynamic team who is the cornerstone of our success.Job Responsibilities:The primary responsibilities of a Portfolio Manager include managing the overall client relationship, analyzing client loan and collateral performance, ensuring appropriate client risk management, and compliance with loan documentation.The Portfolio Manager will work closely with Credit Analysts, Underwriters, Legal and the Credit Committee.Credit Management ResponsibilitiesManaging all aspects of client relationships including involvement in underwriting (post-closing), ongoing discussions, recurring audits and ad hoc requests according to the Policies and Procedures of the Company.Managing the process of preparing, reviewing and approving borrowing bases and funding requests.Performing ongoing and formal monthly analysis of client credit risk, client reporting and financial performance, and other portfolio reporting including financial covenant compliance and accounts receivable performance and trends.Work with the client and Credit Committee to amend credit structure, address waivers and any violations of the loan agreements, and ensure proper collateralization of borrowings.Managing client risk monitoring, including working with Credit Analysis to populate and update monthly client information workbooks in a timely fashion.Ensuring interim audits are completed and findings are addressed.Actively participates in Company meetings, and provides updates as needed.Loan Close ResponsibilitiesPreparation of closing and servicing memorandums.Preparation of initial borrowing base and client instruction of ongoing collateral updates.Work with Credit Analysts to maintain closing checklist for each new deal and update as necessary.Key SkillsThree plus years of prior experience in a similar role with financial statement analysis, collateral analysis and borrowing base preparation required, healthcare industry or revenue cycle management experience preferred.
