You will lead the finance team to optimize the company's financial processes and operations, ensure financial reporting accuracy and compliance, support the company's business objectives, and drive sustainable growth.Position SummaryFinancial Strategy and Planning:·Develop and implement the company's financial strategy and long-term plans.·Evaluate financial performance, prepare budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.Financial Reporting and Compliance:·Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, in accordance with relevant accounting standards and legal regulations.·Supervise and manage the company's internal financial control systems to ensure compliance and effectiveness of financial processes.Capital Management:·Oversee the company's cash flow management and capital structure optimization.·Manage the company's financing activities, and establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.Risk Management:·Identify and assess financial risks, and develop corresponding risk management strategies.·Supervise internal audit and compliance activities to ensure the security and effectiveness of the company's financial operations.Team Leadership:·Lead and develop the finance team, providing training and development opportunities to ensure efficient team operations.·Motivate and guide team members to achieve financial and business objectives.Cost Control:·Monitor and control the company's operational costs, optimize resource allocation, and improve financial efficiency.·Analyze cost structures and propose cost-saving and optimization solutions.Qualifications·Education:Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
