Apply and let's talk.Director Of Finance BenefitsOutstanding culture, supportive work environment, growth petitive salary and bonus prehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off, including holidays, vacation, and sick leave.Leadership development and internal advancement opportunities.Relocation support.Director Of Finance Requirements And QualificationsMust have a minimum of 4 years' experience as a Director of Finance in a large hotel or resort (700 rooms or more), multiple outlets and revenue streams.Collaborative leadership style, foster a positive work environment, mentor, teach, and inspire.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, good follow-through on communication.Able to work calmly under pressure, meet deadlines, delegate, and lead a team.Full ownership of General ledger, month end close, yearly close, budgets and forecasts.A BS or BA in Business Administration.Director Of Finance Requirements Preferred Background And SkillsAdvanced degree with accounting / finance focus.Experience generating reports for complex organizations, multiple entities, parking, events, and/or asset managers.Has worked closely with local government, city, convention and visitor's bureau.Experience with multiple systems, including implementation, and process improvement.Experience with 6 or more outlets with heavy banquets and catering.At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
