2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsDirect message the job poster from HIA LegalWe are seeking a talented Investment Funds Associate to join a leading New York law firm with a highly ranked private funds practice.Role OverviewYou will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of matters relating to the formation, structuring, and ongoing operation of private investment funds across asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, credit, and hedge funds.
