Junior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Entry-Level FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in Lakewood, NJ. In this on-site role, you’ll play a key part in supporting strategic business decisions across the company by leveraging financial data, building models, and producing insightful reports. If you have a passion for numbers, technology, and cross-functional collaboration, we’d love to meet you.ONLY ACCEPTING APPLICANTS IN NEW JERSEYResponsibilitiesPartner with Management to manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planningDesign and maintain dashboards and data visualizations in Power BIPerform detailed analysis using SQL and Excel to support data-driven decisionsCollaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to provide real-time financial insightsDrive improvements in financial reporting, forecasting tools, and performance metricsSupport monthly close with variance analysis and KPI trackingContribute to special projects and strategic initiatives as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field2+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or an analytical finance roleAdvanced Excel skills (modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas)Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQLERP system experience required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is a plusExcellent analytical and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departmentsWork EnvironmentThis is a full-time on-site position in Lakewood, New Jersey.
