Director of Finance

Our client is a leading manufacturing solutions company seeking a Director of Finance to lead their accounting and finance operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and strategic planning. Responsibilities Oversee core accounting functions, including AR/AP, budgeting, forecasting, tax reporting, and internal audits Maintain accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies Manage financial records and reporting across multiple entities Support strategic planning and executive decision-making through financial analysis Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred) 5+ years of experience in accounting and financial management Prior experience working with small to mid-sized companies Strong understanding of sales tax compliance across multiple states Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
