This person will work closely with the VP of Finance to drive financial strategy, support business decisions, and deliver impactful insights that influence brand growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, hands-on modeling experience, and a passion for the beauty industry.What You’ll DoSupport monthly financial reporting, including analysis of actuals vs. budgetSupport the development of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and financial models to evaluate business performance and scenario planningCollaborate with Accounting during monthly-end close to validate actuals and ensure reporting accuracyPartner with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product Development—to collect inputs and track actuals vs budget performanceAssist in tracking and analyzing key financial metrics, including Cogs, margins, and operating expensesContribute to the development of financial dashboards and management reportsConduct ad hoc financial analyses to support business needs and inform decision-makingAssist in identifying process improvement opportunities and help build scalable reporting tools and templatesWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field2–4 years of experience in investment banking or financial servicesAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in NetSuite, Looker, or other BI tools a plusDetail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skills; able to partner effectively across teamsPassionate about the beauty industry and aligned with Haus Labs’ mission and valuesStrong project management skills and cross-functional communication to ensure projects meet timelines and budgetMust be organized, have impeccable attention to detail and a strong multitaskerMust be a strategic thinker, flexible, self-starter, and possess an entrepreneurial spiritTeam player, reliable partner, and collaborative thinker is a mustAbility to be in office 3 to 4 days per weekWhat We ExpectAt Haus Labs, how you communicate is as important as what you communicate.
