OverviewCommunity Solutions Billing & Accounts Representative at Spectrum Community Solutions. Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products and services to upgrade new, existing, and former customers while building lasting relationships and contributing to our organization’s success.Base pay range$20.00/hr - $28.80/hrThis role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.What you’ll doEnhance the customer experience by addressing billing and service inquiries.Master order processing for retained accounts and new sales.Efficiently handle inbound sales calls and meet call metrics.Build customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.Develop tailored solutions and consistently meet sales goals.Working ConditionsOffice environment with variable hours; may include weekends, holidays, and split days off.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1+ years of sales experience, ideally with Voice, Data, and Video solutions1+ years in customer service, call center, and/or sales rolesFamiliarity with billing systems (ICOMS/CSG)Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding)Skills & AbilitiesTimely and professional response to customer inquiriesQuick thinking, goal-oriented, ambitious, and self-confidentStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEffective multitasking and task managementBenefitsCompetitive pay starting at $20/hour.
