No medical premiums for employee coverage!Tax Manager - OverviewAs Tax Manager, you will play a key role in servicing clients as part of a collaborative team: no client “ownership” here!Reporting to, and working closely with Tax Partners & Senior Managers, you will be responsible for supervising & mentoring a small team as well as reviewing and signing federal and multi-state tax returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Individuals, and Tax-Exempt Organizations.RequirementsRequired QualificationsCPA designation10+ years of tax experience in public accounting, including at least 3 years in a supervisory roleDirect responsibility for reviewing and signing federal and multi-state tax returnsAlignment with our RISE values – Relationships, Integrity, Service, and ExpertiseAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong leadership and mentoring skills, with a passion for developing othersAbility to build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive serviceHigh level of technical tax knowledge with ability to research and resolve complex issuesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCommitment to continuous learning and staying current with tax law and industry changesProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to adapt to new technologiesStrong written and verbal communication skills, including direct client communicationsPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree (Master’s in Accounting or Tax)Experience with CCH Axcess and ProSystems Engagement #J-18808-Ljbffr
