Responsible for the planning and execution of day-to-day and period-end Treasury activities, including managing the company's banking relationships and activities, identifying cost-saving and profit-maximizing opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company, department, and audit standards to maximize the protection of the company's cash assets.Partners with the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer to create the vision, strategy, and standards by which the Treasury department provides leadership and value to the organization. This critical role will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Finance and Accounting.HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTEManage the company's banking relationships, including negotiating interest rates and bank fees.Manage the company's banking activities, including the allocation of deposit balances and account structures.Oversee the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts.Develop reports to monitor and manage the company's liquidity and key cash management metrics.Lead and improve internal processes to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with policies, controls, and procedures.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Develop and monitor treasury operational policies.Implement new bank technologies, products, and services.Identify and implement treasury-related business process improvements.Support special projects and acquisitions.Troubleshoot daily transaction issues.Collaborate with internal partners and support their needs.Lead treasury system implementations and projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Lead and mentor a high-performing treasury team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Provide financial insights and analysis to operational leaders and executives to enhance business performance.Design and implement processes to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.Drive technology initiatives to automate treasury operations and reduce expenses.Work closely with finance and accounting teams on treasury economics, ensuring accurate analysis of actuals, forecasts, and budgets.Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, cash flow analysis, and decision support.Analyze financial data to provide insights into liquidity, capital management, and strategic planning.Ensure compliance with investor and agency guidelines, familiarity with NACHA standards for funds movement.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGRequired Education, Experience, Certification/LicensureBachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)10+ years of demonstrated experienceExperience in title, escrow, and banking industries preferredExperience managing in a highly regulated environmentCTP certification preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)Treasury management knowledgeExperience with banking, title, and escrow systemsKnowledge of banking systems and treasury management systemsExcellent communication skillsStrong analytical, financial, and system skills, including advanced Excel proficiencyProven leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of mortgage servicing software and funds processesUnderstanding of investor and agency guidelines and standardsFamiliarity with NACHA standards for electronic paymentsJob ComplexitiesWork on complex problems requiring originality and in-depth evaluationExercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policiesHandle time-sensitive transaction issuesSupervision Received or ExtendedWork independently with minimal supervisionPotentially manage up to 5 direct reportsImpactDecisions impact the company's financial position and operations significantlyMake final decisions on administrative and operational mattersImpact other departments and external customersThe pay range for this role is $131,800.00 - $175,750.00.
