We are seeking an Account Relations Representative II (Representative, Acct Rels II). The Account Relations Representative II provides promotional expense management for a group of accounts. The day to day management of these accounts consists of creating urgent, time sensitive pricing agreements ensuring correct pricing, validating and issuing promotional credits, managing and reconciling sales budgets/funds. This position communicates daily with sales, sales support, credit, and other internal and external entities.If you have advanced Excel experience providing sales support, this may be the job for you! The successful candidate will pro-actively identify credit issues, request supporting documentation, resolve issues and more!This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.Your ImpactEnter Account Promotional Funds (APF)Track budgetsReconcile sales funds and budgetsValidate claimsResearch and resolve chargebacksMeet with Sales, Product, and Credit groupsCommunicate with our Dealers/Partners, and internal sales teamIssue creditsManage all aspects of the assigned accountsAbout You: The Skills & Expertise You BringBachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance or Accounting) or equivalent experience required, plus 0 to 2 years of related experienceRequires strong excel skills - proficiency in Pivot Tables, formulas and VLOOKUP'sExperience with Google Sheets is a plusMust be analytical and extremely detailed with excellent follow up and problem solving skillsKeen sense of initiative and positive attitudeAbility to multi-task and adapt to change with attention to detailExcellent time management skillsExcellent organization, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work with all levels of employees and managersThe company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.We are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $18.16 - $27.19 hourlyCompany OverviewAbout our Company - Kyosei philosophy of social and environmental responsibility.
