This Tax Senior Manager provides federal tax compliance and planning services to Weaver’s Energy clients. An Energy Tax Senior Manager will develop advanced knowledge in this niche while training and mentoring other staff members.To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required:Bachelor’s degree in AccountingCPA or EA license7 + years of experience in public accountingA thorough understanding of individual, partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp returns, research, and general business planning knowledgeTechnical expertise in tax planning and execution for Energy clientsAdditionally, The Following Qualifications Are PreferredMaster’s degree in Accounting or related fieldProven ability to manage, mentor, and develop staffStrong relationship management and practice development skillsAbility to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clientsWeaver Benefits At Weaver, our most valuable resource is our people.
