This position offers the opportunity to work on high-level intellectual property matters for name-brand clients, including trademark prosecution, opposition proceedings, anti-counterfeiting enforcement, and broader IP strategy. Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a strong command of domestic and international trademark law.
