Reporting directly to the Director of Finance and Administration, this role plays a key part in driving long-term financial strength, operational excellence, and portfolio sustainability.Develop and execute an annual asset management strategy to achieve financial and operational objectives.Analyze monthly financial statements, property inspections, and compliance reports to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.Oversee capital projects, energy efficiency initiatives, and sustainability programs across the portfolio.Manage commercial leases and assess property management agreements to ensure optimal performance.Lead monthly review meetings with property management teams and collaborate internally on cash flow planning, refinancing, and compliance matters.Prepare and present portfolio performance reports to senior leadership.Coach and mentor team members, fostering professional growth, accountability, and development.To Apply for this Job Click HereWe are looking for an Asset Manager to protect and enhance the financial performance and physical integrity of a affordable housing and commercial real estate portfolio.
