As a Finance Director, you will need to have the ability to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization. The Finance Director’s responsibilities include preparing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.Position OverviewThe Finance (FP&A) Director serves as the strategic finance partner to the business unit leadership team. This role is responsible for driving financial insight, operational performance analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. The Director will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that helps the organization achieve growth and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business PartnershipAct as the primary financial advisor to the company’s leadership team, providing insights on revenue trends, cost structure, and profitability.Partner with product, sales, marketing, and operations leaders to evaluate new initiatives, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.Convert financial data into actionable recommendations that drive sustainable growth.Planning, Budgeting & ForecastingLead the annual budget process and rolling forecasts for the business unit.Build and maintain multi-year financial models to guide strategic decisions.Identify key performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.Deliver monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis, KPIs, and narrative commentary.
