This is an excellent opportunity to work for a growing company that uses cutting-edge technologies to improve patient outcomes globally!The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for Global Financial Planning and Controlling of Supply Chain, Service Supply Chain, and Contract Manufacturing operationsSpecifically, the Finance Operations Manager will:Oversee a team of 2 (Finance Manager & Analyst)Partner with Supply Chain Leadership to integrate Operations Finance’s objectives in support of Global Supply Chain’s imperativesSupportinventory forecasting, reporting, and controls complianceDrive Cost improvements (including PPV, VAVE, T&L, and Indirect Savings)Develop into the Finance Subject Matter Expert for a couple of new organizations/divisionsOversee and support (or lead) the development of the team to deliver high caliber business supportParticipate in the design and creation of the working capital reporting/data modelBe the primary interface with internal/external auditors to ensure compliance of inventory key controlsQualifications:7+ years of relevant finance management experiencePrevious experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or contract manufacturingStrong knowledge of cost accounting, experience in financial analysis for operations, and solid inventory forecasting/reporting/modelingExperience developing and managing staff to meet department objectivesStrong business acumen with ability to provide business case scenario modeling and comparativesHigh caliber user of Finance tools including SAP, Excel, Power BI, and OneStream (SAP is a must)Experience with continuous improvement, Kaizens, lean principles, and supporting project managementInterviews are happening now!
