Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$180,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yrDirector of Global FP&A – High-Growth ManufacturingSalary: $180,000 to $210,000 + bonusWork Model: On-site | Shoreview, MNWhy This Opportunity Stands OutJoin a fast-growing, private equity–backed global manufacturing company that recently completed a carve-out from a larger organization—and is now building its FP&A capabilities from the ground up.This is a high-impact, roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role where you’ll not only oversee FP&A globally but also design and implement the processes, tools, and metrics that will shape how the business makes decisions.You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations to develop actionable insights—such as margin analysis by product line and business segment—that directly drive growth and profitability.
