From seamless point-of-sale systems to integrated restaurant management solutions, every SpotOn tool is designed to help local businesses increase profits and create better experiences for their customers and employees.Recently, SpotOn was:Named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative CompaniesAwarded Great Places to Work and Built In’s Best Workplaces for the fourth year in a rowSelected as the Best Overall Restaurant POS by NerdWalletRated the top-rated point-of-sale (POS) for restaurants, bars, retail, and small businesses by Capterra usersWe’re committed to caring hard and moving fast so that we can continue to grow and make a positive impact together.That’s where you come in.ResponsibilitiesReconcile the daily Merchant Settlement files from both current processors, TSYS and Worldpay.Analyze, research, and reconcile all variances stemming from the daily settlement files and functions.Prepare cash and internal journal entries for all Settlement processes.Perform monthly reconciliation of all Settlement General Ledger accounts.Ensure PCI compliance with all bank policies and procedures.Utilize internal and external settlement systems and data to prepare and complete balancing schedules, cash accounts, and GL account reconciliations.Assist with implementing process improvements across the organization.Assist with the implementation of automated processes.Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders across cross-functional departments to resolve any processing inquiries, money movement errors, and/or out-of-balance issues.Assist in ad hoc requests and projects processes, as needed.Perform other related duties as needed.QualificationsResearch shows that women and members of underrepresented groups tend to apply to roles only when they check every box on a job description.
