Join our dynamic team and be a part of the solution!N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a part-time Program Analyst to manage the overall administrative functions of the National Institute of General Medicine Sciences (NIGMS) Postdoctoral Research Associate (PRAT) Fellowship program. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test.Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide technical knowledge and support developing and evaluating the fellowship program establishing processes and procedures and maintaining filesEvaluate, develop, and implement the fellowship program, including the maintenance of files and documents; assess process and procedures and recommend improvements where neededConducts meetings and trains staff on various aspects of the fellowship programWork with staff on planning, organizing and executing meetings, conferences, and teleconferencesAssist with facilitating, coordinating, attending regularly occurring training eventsOrganize and support all fellowship program meetings, faculty meetings related to the Fellowship and Scholars programsProcess student services requests for university course work, related teaching and curricular expenses, and program related travelServe as liaison between administrative staff to ensure OE awareness of fellow hires and departuresEvaluate the effectiveness of the program to ensure it is meeting the organization’s overall objectivesPromotes the fellowship program to educational institutions, universities, and candidatesProduces various detailed reports for use by upper managementMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business management and administration or related degreeExperience with MS OfficeEffective communication skills, both written and verbalU.S. CitizenshipThe N4 Solutions Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy is to provide a fair and equal employment opportunity for all employees and job applicants regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability.
