This newly created role will report to the Senior Accounting Manager and plays a critical role in the day-to-day operations for the Finance Team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is committed to maintaining strong vendor relationships while supporting internal stakeholders.What You’ll Be Doing:Review, code, and process vendor invoices in TipaltiPrepare monthly Accounts Payable reports, including aging reports and vendor statement reconciliations, for management reviewAssist with AP-related month-end close activities, including accruals and bank reconciliationsMaintain an accurate and up-to-date vendor database, ensuring all vendor documentation and tax forms are currentManage vendor relationships, research, and resolve inquiries/discrepancies promptlyAudit employee expense reports for policy compliance and accuracy before processing reimbursementsReview, code, and reconcile credit card transactionsAssist in supporting annual U.S. GAAP audits from third-party auditorsAd hoc reportingPrepare annual Form 1099 filings for contractorsWho You Are and What You Bring:2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in SaaSExperience with Tipalti, Rippling, and NetSuite strongly preferredSolid understanding of US GAAPStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentRemote Work Requirements:An established private work area that ensures information privacyA stable high-speed internet connection for remote workThis role is remote, but you will be required to come to on-site meetings multiple times per year.
