A prestigious Midtown NYC firm is seeking a Tax Director to join its Real Estate practice. This leadership role allows you to collaborate with team and firm leadership to grow the business, drive client relationships, and have a direct impact on both your and the firm’s success.Key Responsibilities:Lead and be a key member of an engagement team providing federal, state, and local tax compliance and consulting services to real estate clientsDevelop and manage client relationships, providing expert guidance on tax and business mattersDeliver timely, professional, and accurate tax planning and savings opportunities for clientsProactively identify additional consultative solutions and services to add value for clientsCollaborate with other tax consulting teams on state and local, high-net-worth, international, research and development, cost segregation, and other advisory servicesParticipate in business development and thought leadership activitiesQualifications:8+ years of experience in providing federal tax compliance and consulting services to real estate clientsCPA requiredStrong expertise in federal, state, and local tax laws affecting real estate clientsExcellent leadership, communication, and client management skillsBusiness development experience, with the ability to attract and retain clientsCompensation:Competitive salary ranging from $220,000 to $250,000+, based on experienceSeniority levelDirectorEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesAccounting and Real Estate #J-18808-Ljbffr
