You'll oversee key deliverables, guide financial and tax decisions, and help us continue to exceed client expectations in a specialized, high-demand space.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Strategic ReviewReview and analyze financial statements and tax returns for F&I reinsurance clients.Provide strategic guidance to improve client financial operations and compliance.Build strong, ongoing relationships with a select portfolio of clients.Mentorship & Team LeadershipReview tax work prepared by analysts to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity.Mentor junior staff and drive production quality through proactive guidance.Model excellence and foster a culture of performance, learning, and accountability.Project Management & InnovationLead high-impact projects that align with client goals and firm priorities.Resolve complex accounting and tax issues with accuracy and efficiency.Contribute to process improvements that increase team efficiency and client pliance & Industry KnowledgeStay current on IRS Circular 230, AICPA Code of Conduct, and insurance-related regulations.Ensure client work consistently exceeds professional and ethical standards.What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or master's preferred)Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (F&I reinsurance, captive insurance, or insurance accounting strongly preferred)At least 1 year of experience in a senior or management roleBackground in reviewing tax work and mentoring team membersStrong knowledge of SAP, GAAP, and IRS tax codeProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooksHighly organized, analytical, and comfortable managing competing prioritiesA clear communicator who can translate complex information into actionable insightsWhy GPWAt GPW, excellence is non-negotiable.
