Join us!Figure is seeking a Head of Investor Relations (the IRO) to be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy that effectively communicates the company's vision, performance, and growth prospects to the investment community. The Figure IRO will report directly to the chief financial officer and will also have close working relationships with Figure's CEO, co-founder/executive board chair, finance department leaders and business leaders. The IRO will be a thought partner to the CFO and CEO on how best to craft strategy, communication and engagement with the investment community. This role requires a deep understanding of the capital markets, strong communication skills, and a solid grasp of blockchain technology. Successful performance will require a high EQ, personal integrity and a degree of executive gravitas that will enable communication in a clear, confident and organized manner.The IRO will be an individual contributor and will work closely with Finance leadership to support the Investor Relations program.What You’ll DoDevelop and implement an investor relations strategy that articulates Figure's financial performance, strategic direction, and market positioningServe as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial media (WSJ, Bloomberg etc), fostering strong relationships and ensuring transparent communication.Oversee the preparation and dissemination of quarterly earnings releases and related conference calls, investor presentations, and other financial disclosures in compliance with regulatory requirements.Monitor market trends, peer activity, and investor sentiment to inform strategic messaging and provide insights to senior management.Leverage knowledge of blockchain technology to effectively communicate the company's blockchain initiatives and their impact on the business model and market landscape to the investment community.Manage relationships with security analysts from major investment banks, ensuring accurate and fair coverage of the company.Develop and implement communication strategies to address market volatility and other crises, maintaining investor confidence.What We Look ForMinimum 8 years in investor relations, finance, or related fields, including 3+ years in a leadership role at a publicly traded companyStrong background in financial modeling, analysis, reporting, and familiarity with investor relations platformsIn-depth knowledge of SEC regulations, disclosure requirements, and corporate governanceProven ability to partner with executive leadership, build trust across all levels, and drive broadly accepted solutionsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and investorsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fieldUnderstanding of blockchain technology and its applications in fintechExperience in fintech, particularly with blockchain integrationStrong analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to interpret complex financial dataDemonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projectsEstablished relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and financial mediaCompensation Range: $167,200 - $210,000Equity stock options packageThis is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needsComprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees and their dependents on select plansCompany HSA, FSA, Dependent Care, 401k, and commuter benefitsEmployer-funded life and disability insurance coverage11 Observed Holidays & PTO planUp to 12 weeks paid family leaveContinuing education reimbursementDepending on your residential location certain laws might regulate the way Figure manages applicant data.
