Tekion employs close to 3,000 people across North America, Asia and Europe.Job DescriptionThe Treasury Manager is a key member of the Finance team responsible for managing the company's cash flow, investments, and banking relationships. This role will play a critical role in optimizing the company's liquidity, minimizing financial risk, and ensuring efficient and secure financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of treasury management principles, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCash Management:Monitor cash balances across all bank accounts and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational and financial obligations.Manage cash flow forecasting and prepare cash flow projections.Oversee the movement of funds between bank accounts, including domestic and international transfers.Manage bank relationships, including negotiating fees and terms, and resolving banking issues.Manage access to bank accounts and ensure appropriate levels of vestments:Manage the company's investment portfolio, including working with and monitoring external investment advisors.Ensure compliance with investment policies and guidelines.Monitor investment performance and make recommendations for portfolio adjustments.Manage foreign exchange risk by implementing appropriate hedging strategies.Monitor and analyze foreign exchange rates and their impact on the company's financial tercompany Transactions:Oversee and manage the flow of funds between subsidiaries, ensuring timely and accurate intercompany settlements.Treasury Systems:Implement and maintain treasury management systems and tools.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of treasury data.Collaborate closely with the India-based accounting team to ensure efficient and accurate cash flow management. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance.
