If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Program Analyst to join our KPMG AI & Digital organization.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop AI strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trendsDesign and implement AI-driven digital solutions to tackle complex business challenges and enhance performanceAssist in the deployment and integration of AI models and digital tools tailored to client needsWork with data scientists, IT professionals, and consultants to ensure project delivery aligns with strategic goalsAnalyze large datasets to identify patterns and insights for data-driven decision-making and strategic recommendationsMonitor emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain KPMG's competitive edge in AI and digital innovationQualificationsMinimum three years of recent experience in AI, digital innovation, or related fields, with a focus on project implementation and strategy developmentBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or related field is required; Master’s degree preferred; relevant certifications are a plusProficiency in programming languages like Python or R; experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorchStrong skills in analyzing complex data and translating findings into actionable insightsExcellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and presentationsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneouslyApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT or CPT)Compensation and BenefitsKPMG complies with all applicable laws regarding salary ranges and offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
