The VP is critical in developing and deepening client relationships while overseeing junior talent.What You BringBachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business or related field – RequiredMaster's Degree/MBA – Preferred6+ Years in Finance, Business or related field/sector – RequiredStrong deal execution experience in investment banking with a focus on financial sponsorsProven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneouslyExcellent client relationship management and business development skillsAbility to work well under pressure and tight deadlines, and to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutionsAbility to manage projects independently and assume a high level of responsibilityAbility to interact with clientsAbility to assess and mitigate reputational, operational and credit riskExperience with sell-side and buy-side M&A processes and equity and debt capital raisesWhat Else You Need To KnowThe base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
