The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent presentation abilities, and advanced Excel proficiency.ResponsibilitiesLead G&A budgeting and forecasting processes, including headcount planning, travel, consulting spend, and payroll analysis.Partner with the AVP to deliver insights and recommendations on financial performance and operational efficiency.Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations for senior leadership.Manipulate and summarize complex data sets to support decision-making.Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives.Monitor and report on open positions and associated financial implications.Essential SkillsProven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably at a senior or lead level.Strong understanding of G&A cost structures and headcount management.Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and visualization.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsBudgetingForecastingExcel pivot tablesPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
