The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in the Commercial Real Estate industry, possess a solid understanding of both Real Estate and Finance, and thrive in a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment.This role offers the opportunity to lead and grow your own investment sales book while collaborating with a seasoned team of professionals.Key Responsibilities:Source and develop new leads for off-market commercial real estate investment opportunitiesIdentify and engage potential buyers for commercial assetsManage and grow your book of business in investment salesCollaborate with team members on transactions and business development strategiesMaintain and organize a robust sales pipeline to ensure timely deal closuresContribute to strategic planning and team leadership, with potential to lead junior staffWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field (in-progress degrees will be considered)Demonstrated experience and success in Sales, particularly Investment SalesSolid understanding of real estate fundamentals and financial analysisStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and market trendsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Familiarity with the New York City real estate market is a strong plusProven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environmentExperience in the investment or financial services industry is a plusThis is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company with room for career advancement and leadership.
