The role involves improving client experience, enhancing Capital One's market presence, and executing go-to-market strategies.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate a sales team, working closely with segment leadership and relationship municate and influence key stakeholders on treasury management strategies and initiatives.Contribute to the overall treasury management strategy, identifying opportunities and risks.Manage sales initiatives, including product offerings and marketing strategies.Ensure TMCs focus on sales activities to meet or exceed goals.Maintain strong client relationships while adhering to regulatory and compliance policies.Manage team performance through coaching, hiring, and performance reviews.Stay informed about industry trends through trade shows and seminars.Assist in designing treasury management services based on market data.Cultivate larger prospect relationships regionally and nationally.QualificationsBasic:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 8 years in financial servicesAt least 6 years of sales experiencePreferred:Bachelor's Degree or military experience8+ years in treasury management or commercial bankingCertified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalentAdditional InformationThis role does not offer sponsorship for employment authorization.
