GTM Finance Director - Hybrid 3x/Week DFWBirdeye is looking for a driven finance professional to play a key role in reporting and planning activities in addition to providing key analytics in support of the sales and post-sales organizations. The role will be responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and communicating financial and operational data to drive key business decisions and efficiency in growing the sales team.ResponsibilitiesSupport the GTM (Go-to-Market) functions with financials and key business metrics, including sales efficiency and productivity, marketing return-on-spend, pricing and discounting, sales pipeline, headcount ratiosPerform actual vs. budget variance analysis and identify risks or opportunities; provide monthly expense, revenue, and headcount forecastsManage the annual financial and operational budget and the quarterly and monthly financial forecasts for the GTM organizationsDesign and deliver robust and scalable GTM reporting methodology with the ability to quickly synthesize information and present findings to an executive audienceDevelop and maintain financial models to track and analyze investment priorities and evaluate potential alternatives and their impact on the company's performanceRequirementsUnderstanding of GTM functions with proven experience in supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teamsAbility to think critically and strategically while also being hands-on with day-to-day operationsStrong communication to the executives team, GTM leaders, and internal finance teams; highly collaborative across the organizationStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detailExperience operating in a B2B SaaS business modelExperience operating FP&A software, such as Adaptive (preferred)Why You’ll Join UsBirdeye is the highest-rated reputation, social media, and customer experience platform for local businesses and brands.
