We pride ourselves on delivering state-of-the-art advertising solutions that integrate seamlessly with today's ever-evolving digital media landscape.The OpportunityWe are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Tax Manager to oversee all global tax matters and ensure full compliance with U.S. and international tax regulations. This role will be responsible for working closely with third-party tax consultants to manage all areas of tax compliance and reporting—including but not limited to income tax, sales tax, local tax, R&D tax filings, and Section 174 capitalization. The Tax Manager will also support global tax provision and nexus analysis across multiple jurisdictions, including the U.S., U.K., Brazil, Australia, and India.ResponsibilitiesGlobal Tax ComplianceManage and coordinate with third-party consultants to ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all corporate income tax returns in the U.S., U.K., Brazil, and Australia.Review tax returns for India and ensure alignment with local requirements and group policy.Support documentation and compliance related to tax filings and audits across all jurisdictions.Tax Provision and ReportingPartner with external consultants to prepare and review the global income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740.Coordinate and assist with year-end tax reporting requirements and external audit requests.Sales Tax and Nexus ManagementOversee the preparation and filing of U.S. sales and use tax returns; ensure compliance with evolving state and local tax requirements.Monitor and assess tax nexus exposure across states and countries; ensure compliance with applicable registration and filing requirements.Process Improvement & Risk ManagementMaintain and enhance internal controls over tax processes.Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments and assess potential impact on the business.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.5+ years of experience in tax, with a strong focus on international and U.S. tax compliance and provision.Experience working with third-party tax providers and managing outsourced tax processes.Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP tax provision (ASC 740) and sales tax requirements.Experience with multi-jurisdictional tax filings (U.S., U.K., Brazil, Australia, India) strongly preferred.Strong project management and communication skills.Proficiency in Excel; experience with tax software (e.g., Avalara, Vertex, ONESOURCE) is a plus.Strong understanding of federal, state, and international tax laws and the ability to handle tax filings and registration issues for multiple countries.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.Proficiency in managing tax across different countries, with experience in regions such as the U.S., UK, Australia, and Canada.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.LG Ad Solutions provides equal work opportunities to all team members and applicants, and it prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, caste, religion, age, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by our policies or federal, state, or local laws.We want to ensure that our hiring process is accessible.
