You’ll identify and implement optimizations based on data analysis/trends and provide input in the construction of client decks and status documentation. You will also provide guidance and assist in training analysts. You will be expected to troubleshoot issues with publishers/platforms when they arise to find solutions. You’ll also work to redesign the digital media landscape and collaborate with a team of industry leaders.ResponsibilitiesExecuting, managing, and optimizing all digital media campaigns and programs for agency clients, including platform media buying as well as direct-to-publisher programs, both independently and in support of ManagersDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with platform and publisher partners and assisting analysts in management of publisher/platform relationshipsHandling daily campaign maintenance, including pacing and performance, as well as troubleshooting and optimizationAssisting in the development of client-facing campaign performance reportsContributing to the assessment of media offerings and the formulation of proposals for new opportunitiesManaging Prisma campaign setup, platform insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launchTrafficking campaign tags into platform environmentsRunning the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performanceProviding monthly auditing reports to agency partners and actualizing bill/pay systems when applicableParticipating in regular sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performanceDemonstrating diligence, attention to detail, and adherence to best practices throughout the full campaign life-cycleBe strategic partner to offshore resources and be the point of contact for questionsQualifications2-4 years of digital ad experience, at an advertising agency, publisher, or ad tech providerKnowledge of media planning and programmatic buying, and familiarity with Google Marketing Platform, TheTradeDesk, or similar buying platformsStrong data management/analytical skills — able to find the story in the data and present it clearlyStrong knowledge of DSP platforms and active campaign optimization experienceThe ability to organize and manage detailed workStrong analytical thinking and mathematical skillsExcellent communication and writing skills—you’re poised, precise, and kind when relating to othersA four-year college degreeFamiliarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, Midjourney) is a plusAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
