You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.ResponsibilitiesManage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreamsSupervise, develop, and coach teams to confirm top-quality deliverablesUtilize team strengths to meet client expectationsFoster productive communication between technologists and business partnersLead client engagement workstreamsAssure project success and maintain exceptional standardsPromote a culture of trust and accountabilityAddress and resolve conflicts or issues as they ariseWhat You Must Have (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's Degree5 years of experienceActive CPA in the current work office, Chartered Accountant in good standing, MBA through an accredited university, or CFA credentialPreferred QualificationsBroad knowledge in financial due diligence and transaction-related servicesExperience interviewing executive management at target companiesAbility to assess a target company's quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flowsManaging resolution of issues in technical accounting areasSupervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and encourage innovationProviding timely, meaningful written and verbal feedback to staffWhat Sets You ApartExtensive knowledge and success in managerial roles delivering financial due diligence for large company and private equity clientsExperience in leading and coaching teamsAbility to navigate US GAAP and SEC reporting in business combinationsSalary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
