Job DescriptionJob Summary:We are seeking a highly experienced Global Commodity Senior Risk Manager to manage our Energy commodity portfolio. The role reports to the Global Group Lead, Commodity Risk Management - Packaging and Energy, and a successful candidate will be a commodity risk management expert with extensive experience in procurement and a proven track record of developing comprehensive global price risk management strategies.Key Responsibilities:Partner with a team of risk managers, procurement category leads, and finance leaders to manage global portfoliosProvide risk management solutions, market insights, research, and compliance support to procurement and revenue management functionsOversee and implement a global risk management program for the assigned portfolio using a hybrid of physical and financial instruments, including futures, options, OTCs, forward contracts, and physical inventoriesDesign and implement effective short, mid, and long-term hedging strategies that balance external market drivers with internal business goals and objectivesProvide sophisticated risk analytics, market consulting, and performance metrics to regional and global business leadersCoordinate strategy alignment throughout all levels of leadership and gain strategy approvalsMentor procurement teams in the development of price/cost models and benchmarks/indices for supply agreementsSupport global procurement teams in managing price inflation and deflation risksLead collaborator alignment meetings to advise global businesses and procurement leaders on commodity positions, market outlooks, and strategiesCompliance, Reporting, and Other Duties:Ensure compliance with Kraft Heinz policies, including hedging, procurement, and code of conduct, social, environmental, and sustainability policiesPerform other projects and duties as assigned by Kraft Heinz ManagementQualifications:At least 7 years of extensive Commodity Risk Management experience, preferably in Liquid Fuels, Natural Gas, Power and/or Petrochemicals portfoliosBachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, engineering, economics, or business administration; master's degree preferredStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence business decisions and inspire changeExperience leading multifaceted business environments with price stability, supply availability, and potential business outcomes under continuous pressure and changeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levelsStrong analytical, planning, and execution skills, with high results-orientationLocation(s) Amsterdam, Chicago/Aon CenterKraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes . #J-18808-Ljbffr
