Associate Vice President for Finance/ControllerPay CompetitiveLocation: Cambridge, MassachusettsEmployment type: Full-TimeJob DescriptionReq#: 5000924606700The OpportunityReporting to the Vice President for Finance/Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Associate Vice President for Finance/Controller (Controller) is responsible for organizing, directing, and evaluating a wide variety of financial activities including the planning and development of the university’s basic system of accounting and financial control. In this capacity, the Controller is responsible for providing leadership and coordination of the university’s financial management functions to include oversight of the daily financial operations in accounting, payroll, and accounts payable ensuring accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP and FASB).Why LesleyLocated in the heart of Cambridge, Massachusetts, Lesley University is highly regarded for its graduate and undergraduate programs in the human arts of education, the arts, and applied social sciences.
