They are seeking a Controller-level Accountant to revamp internal processes, identify operational gaps, and support the accounting team with core financial functions. This is a hybrid role requiring four days per week pensationBase pay range: $90.00/yr - $110.00/yr. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for more details.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with general accounting functions at the Controller level.Revamp and optimize the closing process.Identify gaps in general accounting processes and propose solutions.Manage and clean up intercompany balances.Minimum Requirements5-10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a Controller role.Degree in Accounting.Proficiency in Sage accounting software.Experience with intercompany accounts and balances.Note: Compensation details may include bonuses and benefits.
