OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Control Analyst Supervisor to lead our Material Control Analysts team. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production workflows, and ensuring compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a passion for operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you.Base pay range$62,911.00/yr - $86,502.00/yrFunctions of the PositionSupervise and mentor the Material Control Analysts teamMonitor inventory records related to production areas, machine locations, and bulk storageManage shop floor workflow including work order release, material demand creation, and documentationProvide frontline support for resolving production reporting issuesEnsure adherence to procedures and implement corrective actions when necessaryConduct safety meetings and promote a culture of safetyServe as backup to the Cycle Counting SupervisorUphold food safety and quality standards including cGMP, HACCP/FSMA, SQF, and regulatory complianceDocument and maintain preventative controls for food safetyReport food safety and quality concerns immediately to managementCollaborate across teams to share knowledge and drive continuous improvementSupport professional development and leadership growth within the teamPractice and promote safe work behaviors and conduct safety observationsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior inventory experience in a manufacturing environment is essentialSupervisory experience is mandatoryAbility to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionallyProficiency in Outlook, WMS, and ExcelStrong math skills including percentages and unit conversionsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsJBSS is an Equal Opportunity Employer: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or status as a protected veteran. #J-18808-Ljbffr
