Who You Are Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software. Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN. Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes. Excellent customer service skills and comfortable interacting via video and audio tools professionally and confidently. What You Need Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria (or willingness to obtain). Availability to work at least 20 hours per week across three or more days. What You Will Do Assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products, providing advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing inquiries. Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in everyday language. Interact with customers via our video communication software and document interactions for accurate records.
