Built with decades of experience in real estate development, Misso delivers thoughtful, high performing multifamily and income-producing assets.THE OPPORTUNITY:Missio Capital is seeking a Director of Investments to lead and manage our real estate acquisitions and developments. This key leadership role will work alongside the managing partner on all aspects of the deal including sourcing, underwriting, and executing multifamily acquisition and development pursuits that align with our strategic objectives. The individual will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, negotiating transactions, and managing relationships with brokers, owners, consultants, lenders and our institutional partners. Initial target markets include Austin, DFW, Nashville, and Fayetteville.RESPONSIBILITIES:Acquisition Responsibilities:Pursue off market opportunities with a focus on newer vintage multifamily communities to acquire or recapitalize with a preferred equity structure.Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through extensive market research and financial analysis.
