Leverages UX/UI and human-centered design strategies to assess stakeholder needs, build engagement strategies, and support technical development teams in designing products with end-users in mind.The annual base salary range for this role is $100,000-$135,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.,Required SkillsExperience facilitating user research (e.g., usability testing, personas) and translating findings into audience-specific recommendationsExperience using change management strategies to drive user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformationExperience using tools like Mural or Figma to facilitate stakeholder collaboration and create wireframesAbility to collaborate effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver solutionsAbility to provide clear verbal and written communications to a variety of stakeholders in alignment with DoD style expectationsEducation3-10+ years of directly related experience and M.A./M.S.,Desired SkillsExperience working in a military environment or with military personnelExperience with creating verbal and written communication products for clients, including presentations and whitepapersExperience supporting enterprise dashboard user adoption effortsExperience creating trainings and resource repositories to support workforce development and digital transformation effortsRelevant certifications in change management, agile methodologies, instructional design, or organizational transformation,About Nyla Technology SolutionsNyla Technology Solutions delivers exceptional Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Science, and Software Engineering services for the U.S. Government.
