Our continued rapid growth has created the opportunity for an individual who will help us with continuing to grow our brand!WHAT WE OFFERPlaya Bowls offers Competitive Compensation, Eligible for the Annual Bonus Program, Incentive Bonus Plan, Flexible Hybrid-Remote Work-Environment, Medical, Dental, Vision, Domestic Partner Benefits, Spouse & Children Benefits, 401K Plan with company match, HSA/FSA Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Advancement Opportunities, Playa Discounts, Fun Environment, Flight/Hotels paid for, Mileage Reimbursement, Company Card provided.WHAT YOU’LL DOOversee NetSuite and other financial systems to streamline reporting and analyze business performanceDevelop and maintain annual operating budgets, quarterly forecasts and a rolling five-year model (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)Enhance forecasting accuracy and provide guidance on marketing analytics, pricing, and cost metricsDevelop reporting and analysis of sales system information to provide actionable information on business performance, trends, and opportunitiesWork with the marketing and operations teams for ad-hoc analysis of menu tests, marketing tests, hours of operation and other stand-alone data needsPartner with the accounting team to ensure accurate revenue recognition, expense allocation, inventory management, and capitalization, ensuring efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and compliance with audit and debt covenantsWork with operations teams to identify key performance indicators and optimize store-level marginsLead P&L reviews and set goals, providing insights into menu item performanceCollaborate with the business development team to track sales opportunities and investments, driving future growthAssist in developing business cases for new locations and channelsPartner with the technology team to enhance data collection and retentionDevelop dashboards to provide immediate insights into business performancePrepare analysis, materials, and narratives for earnings processes and board of directors' meetingsManage and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvementWHAT YOU’LL BRINGBachelor’s degree in a related field or finance or accounting degree7-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the restaurant, franchise, or chains industryAdvanced Excel skills, experience with NetSuite, MS Office 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, and Zoom Experience in related industry (restaurant, franchise, chains)Project management abilities with strong analytical skills and attention to detailExhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines.Proficient experience in revenue recognition, expense allocation, inventory management, and financial modelingExperience with NetSuite, MS Office 365/ Teams, Google, Dropbox, ZoomMISSIONInspire and support our communities one bowl at a time.VALUESReal Deal.
