We’re working with a growing national law firm on their search for a Senior Conflicts Analyst to join their Finance team in Washington, DC.About the Role:As the Senior Conflicts Analyst, you will research and analyze potential legal conflicts, support attorneys and staff with conflict resolution, and maintain the integrity of our conflicts of interest database. You'll play a senior role in managing department workflows and advising junior team members.Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth research using Mergent, SEC Filings, Lexis, Westlaw, and other sourcesAnalyze and summarize complex conflict reports for attorneysCollaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve conflicts and ensure complianceOversee staff training and orientation across multiple officesReview and analyze lateral attorney conflict checksAssist with special reports and policy enhancementsWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years of conflicts, legal research, or paralegal experience (law firm preferred)Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Research, or Accounting preferred)Expertise in Intapp Open or similar workflow toolsProficiency in Excel, iManage, and MS Office SuiteStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage high-volume workflows and work independentlyWhy Join Us?Work in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environmentProfessional growth opportunities and hands-on experience with high-level legal mattersBe part of a collaborative team ensuring the firm’s compliance and integrityIf you’re ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we’d love to hear from you!
