Debt Finance Associate

Job Overview:A top-tier law firm is seeking an associate to join its highly regarded Debt Finance Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated financing transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and complex capital structures. The ideal candidate will have experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in secured and unsecured transactions and a strong interest in the private equity space.
