DescriptionThe Lending Product Transformation Analyst is responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to customer needs, market trends, and business objectives, focusing on a unified vision for the Lending Product Division. This role requires a deep understanding of the product and its target market, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, define features, and prioritize development efforts.The analyst will support the Manager of Lending Product Transformation & Strategy by bridging business strategy, market research, and product development to ensure consistency across the enterprise. Responsibilities include creating product roadmaps, defining user stories, supporting product launches, and serving as a conduit between stakeholders, development teams, and customers to ensure product alignment with user needs and business goals.Position Responsibilities:Product & Project ManagementAct as a liaison to ensure a unified lending product vision, working with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers on scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing.Develop and lead business requirements, testing plans, stakeholder engagement, communication, training strategies, and evaluate results for Lending Products.Gather and analyze data from internal and external sources to identify actionable items, product improvements, revenue opportunities, and process efficiencies.User Support, Communication and TrainingSupport end users by answering questions, providing instructions, and gathering feedback for issue resolution.Participate with lending product teams to identify issues and enhance team understanding of business processes.Review technical documentation for accuracy and quality before municate lending product terminology and processes with technology experts.Update the manager on issues and statuses, providing alternatives for timely resolution.Recommend process and policy improvements.User Experience & System AdministrationCollaborate with UX/UI designers to improve user experience.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback.Recommend enhancements to improve user experience.Support application administration, reports, access changes, and configuration.Maintain procedures, process lists, and audit documentation.Prepare training materials for upgrades and new vestigate and resolve system issues, track tickets, and coordinate with vendors and IT.Reporting/Presentation/TestingTest and install system upgrades.Develop requirements for business processes and system enhancements.Coordinate with vendors for system issues and process updates.Translate requirements into user stories or product specs.Plan, execute, and evaluate tests, using data to optimize the product.Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.Develop or modify reports and monitor data files. #J-18808-Ljbffr
