OverviewFor consideration, interested candidates should send a resume and cover letter directly to : Corporate Credit TraderSub-sector: Leveraged Finance (senior bank loans, second lien loans, HY)Role DescriptionArrowMark is looking to add an experienced credit trader to its established and growing CLO team. Primary responsibilities will include:Working closely with colleagues and portfolio managers to help drive the investment process through execution of leveraged loan and high yield bond trades for CLO Funds and private funds managed by the companyBuilding and maintaining sell side relationships with bank counterpartsTracking primary calendar, orders, daily and weekly movers, and secondary opportunities in the leveraged loan and high yield marketsWorking with analysts and portfolio managers to identify risks and recommend trading opportunities including swapsExperience, Qualifications and SkillsA minimum of 3-5 years trading experience, including the evaluation and execution of sub-investment grade corporate credit trades for CLOs, mutual funds, Business Development Company (BDC), separately managed accounts, credit hedge funds or lending institutionStrong analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of leveraged finance (including HY) and marketsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present views and recommendations to portfolio managers in a concise and organized mannerCollaborative, inquisitive and detail-oriented personalityAbility to work independently and in a highly collaborative team-oriented environmentSelf-starter with continuous focus on self-improvementProficient in Bloomberg, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) as well as current trading platformsCompletion of undergraduate studies in business, accounting, mathematical sciences, or relevant experience. CFA, CPA and/or MBA a plusEstimated Base CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000Annual Bonus OpportunityPosition is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award.
