OverviewEmerging Company & Venture Capital Associate - AmLAw Firm. LHH is partnering with a top AmLaw firm with an office in Denver in their search for a mid-level and a senior associate attorney with at least 3+ years of experience in EC/VC corporate M&A and transactional work.
