As a Director, you set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, focusing on impactful decision making and executive-level client relations. You drive business growth, shape client engagements, and mentor the future leaders while fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together.ResponsibilitiesAssisting audit teams in evaluating Private Equity portfolio valuationsSetting the strategic direction for business developmentMaking critical decisions at an executive levelShaping and managing client engagementsMentoring and developing future leadersPromoting a collaborative environment where technology and people thriveOverseeing multiple projects to confirm successful outcomesUpholding the firm's principles and reputationWhat You Must HaveBachelor's Degree8 years of experienceOne or more of the following credentials or certifications is required: CPA License, Level 3 of the CFA, JD, PhD, MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Tax, Quantitative Statistics, Financial Engineering, Economics, Real Estate Finance or Hospitality; A State Appraiser License, Member of Appraisal Institute (MAI), Member of American Society of Appraisers (ASA) or achieve certification of CRE, CRI and/or CCIM, CHA, or PMPWhat Sets You ApartAccounting, Accounting & Finance, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Mathematics, Finance, Real Estate preferredInteracting directly with clients clarifying points and answering questionsTaking responsibility for the quality of the team’s work productsAddressing conflicts in a timely, sensitive mannerPreparing complex written documents and presentationsDemonstrating confidence and proficiency in the presentation of ideasIdentifying, anticipating, and resolving technical issuesDefining and managing projects, including resource requirements and project workflowManaging project financialsLeading and developing industry contacts and identifying market opportunitiesSalary: The salary range for this position is: $134,000 - $410,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
