Employee focused.JOB SUMMARYONEOK is seeking a Material Analyst to join our team!In this role, you’ll lead material management activities and provide critical support to operational needs across the ONEOK North System. Responsibilities include:-Maintaining accurate inventory records-Issuing and receiving materials for projects and purchase orders-Coordinating closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely and efficient material flow-Support Min/Max inventory purchasingThis is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to support field operations.Job Profile SummaryDevelops, documents, trains, implements and coordinates storeroom materials management and inventory control practices with customers.Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesUse inventory-control methods and system tools to monitor and evaluate inventories in order to keep them at optimal levels; forecast future material requirements; manage processes and practices related to inventory movement, replenishment, and accuracy; and maintain inventory control and performance reportingAssist in development and maintenance of ERP materials management system applications; identify areas for modification or enhancement; and participate in testing, documentation, and implementation of changes. Provide training to system usersProvide information and technical assistance to ERP system users, stores employees, accounting employees, information technology employees, suppliers, and others relative to purchasing and stores proceduresCompile, prepare, and/or approve information and reports including but not limited to:Inventory usage reportsInventory performance reportsManualsMaterial requisitionsEquipment requisitionsCorrespondenceEducationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related function, or equivalent experience in the following job-related functions:Work ExperienceExperience and knowledge of materials management processes and basic inventory control methods such as inventory replenishment, cycle counting, ABC analysis, and accounting debit/credit standardsExperience in use and function of office equipment including microcomputers and applicable softwareExperience and/or training related to:Materials management and inventory controlStoreroom operations and logisticsPurchasing and cost managementSpreadsheet, word processing, and database applications (such as Excel, Word, Access)Interpersonal communication skillsExperience prioritizing workload and managing multiple projects to meet deadlinesExperience interacting, advising, assisting, persuading, and communicating effectivelyKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of: and experience with project activities that include elements of process controls, practice development, compliance and performance managementKnowledge of: organizational structure, operations, policy utilization, and standards applicable to support of processes and services such as materials management functionsAbility to: use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, ETC)Ability to: apply math and algebraAbility to: develop information and make presentationsAbility to: communicate and/or exchange verbal and written information or instructionsLicenses and CertificationsCertification by ISM (Institute for Supply Management) preferred orAPICS (The Education Society for Resource Management) preferredStrength Factor Rating - Physical Demands/RequirementsMedium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
