You will play a critical role in shaping financial decisions, driving long-term planning, and mentoring junior analysts while working directly with senior government stakeholders in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited ToLeading complex financial analysis projects, including expense performance, return on investment, working capital, and long-range forecastsPreparing executive-level reports and delivering key performance insights to senior stakeholdersPerforming in-depth financial forecasting and variance analysis to support decision-makingDeveloping strategic recommendations based on industry trends and internal performance dataSupporting program execution and planning alongside US Navy Program ManagersCreating and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with high accuracy and insightMay lead and mentor a team of analysts, providing guidance and quality control across deliverablesMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis; a minimum of four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degreeProven experience managing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for complex programsDemonstrated ability to lead teams, manage deliverables, and collaborate with executive-level stakeholdersDemonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reportingHigh proficiency with financial tools and systems, including Excel, ERP platforms, and data visualization toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to brief senior leadership.
