Interim Fund Accountant / Accounting Manager Voy Ventures is partnering with a $10b multi-strategy investment fund in the SF Bay Area to hire multiple part-time roles at both the Senior Fund Accountant and Fund Accounting Manager levels. The firm invests across venture, venture debt and secondaries and is growing at incredible rate. There is an opportunity for the role to convert into a full-time position. Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $100.00/hr Key Responsibilities Assist with fund accounting and financial operations, including quarterly close and performance reporting Review and coordinate deliverables with third-party fund administrators Support capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting Assist with investment valuations, audit coordination, and tax compliance Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (investments, finance, IR) Structure Part-time: 20–30 hours/week Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 to 6 month engagement Hybrid: In-office at least 2 days/week; more flexibility for experienced hires Hourly Rate: $75-95 Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of accounting/audit experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital or Fund of Funds Strong understanding of closed-end fund accounting structures and reporting CPA or Big4 experience is a plus but not required Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Part-time Job function Accounting/Auditing Industries Accounting, Investment Management, Venture Capital and Private Equity EEO: Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Voy Ventures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
